Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a very comfortable room with thoughtful touches like clearly labelled light switches and automatic black-out blinds, though the view overlooking a parking area was quite disappointing. The location was excellent for accessing restaurants, shops, the beach, and pier, with natural materials used for a wonderfully furnished ambiance. The dining experience was described as delicious and full of imagination and healthy choices, especially at Palma restaurant.
The hotel had a view of the parking lot and was overlooking a noisy car park, but the staff were kind and agreed to change rooms upon request. The location was a mix of being great and crowded on weekends, with evenings at the rooftop being challenging.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with an excellent shower and the comfiest bed ever, but missed some simple business standards like an iron and coffee maker. The service was top-notch, with pleasant and well-trained staff who were very efficient and helpful. The location was great, not too far from the shopping district and the beach, despite some evening rooftop inconveniences. The dining experience was delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
The premier king size room lacked simple business standards like an iron, ironing board, and coffee maker, and the view of the parking lot was unappealing, which is unacceptable at this claimed level. The service was inconsistent, from being informed of a high transfer cost to overly friendly interactions. Despite these downsides, the location was ideal for watching the beautiful sunrise and being close to shopping areas and the beach. The dining experience at Palma, while imaginative and healthy, could be pricier than expected. However, the facilities were more than satisfying with various services available, despite the occasional challenge finding space at the rooftop in the evenings.
This hotel was centrally located yet quiet, providing a super chill atmosphere with lovely staff. Although the rooftop could get crowded in the evening, the staff was always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The dining experience was delicious and full of imagination, but it could be a bit pricier than expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, had an excellent shower, and featured the comfiest hotel bed I've ever experienced, all with a charming design using wood, stone, and bamboo. However, they were on the smaller side, which may be a drawback for some. The location was a standout, with beautifully furnished surroundings and close proximity to the 3rd Street shopping district and the beach. On the downside, the rooftop area was challenging to access in the evening, as it catered more to external visitors than guests. The service, though efficient and helpful, had moments of inefficiency and lack of attentiveness, veering away from the expected 5-star standard. The dining experience was delightful but could be seen as pricey for some, around $50 per person. Overall, a stay at this hotel has its ups and downs.
