The hotel had a very comfortable room with thoughtful touches like clearly labelled light switches and automatic black-out blinds, though the view overlooking a parking area was quite disappointing. The dining experience at Palma, while imaginative and healthy, could be pricier than expected. However, the facilities were more than satisfying with various services available, despite the occasional challenge finding space at the rooftop in the evenings.
